* Ensure collated data is accurate and comparable across markets, aligned to agreed definitions and standards.
* Work with relevant stakeholders (both in-country and centrally) to maintain data in a viable database for onward reporting.
* Collaborate with the Business Technology organisation to ensure data integrity and data security compliant with Sysco requirements.
* Assist Sites with data standardisation projects that support global initiatives.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis on various business initiatives to identify efficiencies and improvements, presenting findings to Sites.
* Work with Sites and Suppliers to collect Master Data required for global projects.
* Oversee, develop, and deploy new tools and technologies to support data processes.
* Comply with Sysco Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality, and legality requirements are met.
* Demonstrate a commitment to safe working practices, environmental responsibility, and proactive hazard reporting.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

You;

You bring 35 years experience in a complex data or analytical role, ideally within a food, foodservice, or retail environment. You have strong SQL skills, experience working with databases, and the ability to extract and analyse data from various sources, with multicountry exposure considered an asset. You hold a college diploma or degree in Information Systems or Data Analytics, with a bachelors degree advantageous. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and confident using Power Tools such as Power Query and Power Automate. Programming knowledge in Python and fluency in French and/or Swedish are beneficial.

You are analytical, logical, and detailoriented, with the ability to quickly understand complex data themes and processes. Strong organisation and time management skills enable you to thrive in a busy environment, while your ability to prioritise ensures deadlines are met. You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a drive for continuous improvement. Adaptable, resultsfocused, and motivated by operational excellence, you contribute positively to a supportive and highperforming team culture.
