Overview
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to support the delivery of transformation and change initiatives across the Care Group. The role involves implementing changes aligned to the Trust Strategic Objectives and 28 Promises, developing workflows and processes, and supporting staff through the introduction of new technologies and equipment. You will work closely with clinical and corporate teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and improved service delivery.
Terms
Fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2027.
Responsibilities
Implement changes within the Care Group, develop and refine workflows and processes, and support staff through the introduction of new technologies and equipment. Work closely with clinical and corporate teams, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and improved service delivery.
Support the implementation of systems and processes to monitor and report on compliance, such as SMI Physical Health Checks, S117 Reviews, and Waiting Times.
Reach out to partner agencies to deliver project objectives across any location within the Trust footprint.
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in change management or service improvement.
Strong communication skills.
Good understanding of healthcare environments.
Experience reporting on and analysing data from systems to provide information and assurance in line with project requirements.
