Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess history lessons to a high standard.
* Engage students through an effective and interactive teaching style.
* Manage classes confidently and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school aims and drive improvement.
Qualifications and attributes
* QTS and History expertise.
* Proven experience in planning, delivering, and marking lessons.
* A sound understanding of the UK secondary curriculum.
* Strong subject knowledge and a clear passion for History.
* Previous experience teaching at secondary level, or a strong willingness to grow into the role.
* Engaging teaching style, teamwork, and a proactive, reflective approach to professional development.
