Workday Service Manager - Contract Opportunity - Inside IR35 - Remote Working
Duration: 3 months (potential extension to 6) IR35: Inside Location: Remote (UK-based)
We're looking for a Workday Service Manager to lead the Workday Incidents Team for one of our clients. This role involves managing service requests, permissions, calendar updates, feature releases, testing, and handling change requests and incident resolution.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of 3 (offshore)
Oversee incidents, service requests, access/permissions, releases, and testing
Manage change requests and ensure timely incident resolution
Act as the primary business contact and liaise with technical build teams
Maintain master data integrity and security to prevent downstream impact
What we're looking for:
3+ years of Workday experience
Proven team leadership or people management skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and incident management expertise
Solid understanding of data governance and security
