Salary for this role is £45k-£50k plus 10% bonus and company car. Your new role You will manage 2 business development managers and be responsible for a sales territory within 40 miles of Newry. Duties include: Support the team to exceed agreed territory sales and margin targets for the business. Support the team in developing their territory, by securing new customers and develop existing business through supply and range extension to maximise cost efficiencies and profitability. Support the team in maintaining all accounts within company credit terms. Coach and develop sales team to drive profitable sales in key customer groupings. Maintain territory management costs within allocated budgets, through good time management, resources management, and to ensure BDMs are using the most effective call pattern for each customer. Ensure excellent customer service through friendly, accurate field communication and good administration practices. Gather accurate and relevant information on competitor activity and other trade field information. Complete relevant administration duties. Lead and liaise with all internal departments and stakeholders. Resolve conflict through motivation and negotiation. Deliver and execute the annual commercial plan. Project management responsibilities including the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
