This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support to thrive both academically and emotionally.�? What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
* Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
* Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
* Assisting with personal care, where necessary
? What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or care setting)
* A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Team Teach, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
