IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer
Leeds, Once a week onsite
You will be responsible for providing 3rd line technical support for the company user base across multiple locations via telephone, onsite and help desk software. You’ll solve support incidents, monitor the progress of calls from inception to resolution ensuring that end-users are informed of progress at all times. You will also be supporting IT infrastructure roll-out projects including planning and implementation.

Skills / Experience
* ce:High competence in Microsoft Cloud based technologies, including but not limited to Entra ID, MSTeams, Exchange, Sharepoint and OneDr
* iveExperience of Cloud and OnPrem backup technolog
* iesHigh understanding of Virtualisation, SANS and server hardw
* areHigh understanding of networking, firewalls and vpn technolog
* iesExperience working in an IT Systems related 3rd line r
