Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Burton ( with occasional travel )
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, onsite
Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 (FTE)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional occupational health care? We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting employee health and wellbeing at our Burton site.
About the Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll provide a comprehensive range of services, including health screening, case management, and workplace assessments. You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and partner organisations to ensure a proactive, professional, and high-quality occupational health service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering occupational health assessments and advice in line with best practice and company standards.
* Managing referrals, triage, and case management to support timely interventions.
* Advising on workplace adjustments and health-related issues impacting work.
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and producing detailed reports within agreed timeframes.
* Supporting health and wellbeing campaigns and delivering training on key topics.
* Contributing to clinical governance and SEQOHS accreditation.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence health and safety practices and contribute to the ongoing development of our services.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A Registered General Nurse with a recognised qualification in Occupational Health (essential).
* Experienced in occupational health and able to work independently in an onsite clinical setting.
* A strong communicator with excellent IT skills and sound medical knowledge.
* Flexible, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of care.
* A holder of a full UK driving licence (essential).
