P6 Project Planner
We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction, innovating in the energy industry with leading subsea and surface pressure capabilities. Our team is responsible for the successful development, deployment, and delivery of world‑class control systems.
Responsibilities
* Overall project schedule management, ensuring quality (logic, clarity) and accuracy (date updates, scope reflection).
* Collaboration with product line planners, engineering planners, and execution functions (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) to ensure schedule quality and accuracy.
* Supporting project management with forward‑looking task visibility (3‑6 weeks), risk identification and mitigation, and opportunity analysis.
* Providing relevant reports to project management to enable on‑time, on‑budget execution.
* Interacting with the customer to provide schedule updates and explain current situation, challenges, and opportunities.
* Adhering to approved processes and proactively driving new initiatives for fully integrated planning.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Science preferred).
* Extensive experience in planning within the oil and gas/subsea industry or large‑scale mechanical manufacturing or controls equipment environment.
* Expertise in the Primavera P6 planning tool.
* Knowledge of Oracle MRP considered a plus.
* Strong ability to understand project status and link schedule to execution reality.
* Capability to quickly assess risks and opportunities in the schedule and drive appropriate actions.
* High energy and motivation to deliver beyond expectations.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with planners and manage diverse stakeholder interactions.
