About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a reliable and caring Passenger Assistant to support school transport services across CR0 Croydonand surrounding areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of passengersprimarily childrenduring their journey to and from school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely assist passengers during pick-ups and drop-offs
* Support children with additional needs where required
* Maintain a calm and professional environment on the vehicle
* Communicate effectively with the driver, parents, and school staff
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
* Report any concerns or incidents promptly
