Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Maths Specialist

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible (Term-Time Only)
Salary: £110 - £135.50 per day (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Link 3 Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with a qualification/experience in Maths to work across a range of secondary schools in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting their learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.
About the Role:
* Deliver pre-set Maths lessons to classes in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour
* Support students with tasks and contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student engagement
* Promote literacy and a love for Maths through enthusiastic lesson delivery and academic support
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A strong knowledge and passion for Maths
* Have some understanding across all key stages up to GCSE's and A'Levels
* Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, or tutoring)
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* The ability to build rapport and inspire students
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Requirements:
* All applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, which will be verified as part of our safeguarding and compliance process.
* DBS: All applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS Check (Child Workforce) prior to starting work, unless already registered on the Update Service. The cost of a new DBS will be covered by the applicant.
* For roles below Cover Supervisor level, a minimum of GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) is required, and evidence of these qualifications must be provided.
