Crown Paints is seeking a permanent Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team at the Llandudno store. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays on a rota basis). We offer a salary of £12.21 per hour, plus bonuses and excellent benefits.
Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support the store team and Store Manager in achieving sales targets, promoting our range of decorative paints and sundry items. The Llandudno Crown Decorating Centre is a vibrant store within our network of 145 UK stores, serving a diverse customer base from retail customers to tradespeople.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have strong sales and retail experience
* Are passionate about customer service
* Are confident in making sales calls and achieving targets
* Are team players and adaptable
* Can work independently when needed
* Possess a valid UK driving license and are comfortable with daily deliveries
* Can lift up to 20kg
