The Role:
This is a practical, team-leading position where your focus will be on delivering top-quality garden maintenance and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Carrying out all general gardening duties: watering, pruning, planting (including seasonal bulbs/annuals), pest & disease control, and lawn care.
Working across both indoor and outdoor planting schemes.
Overseeing and supporting a small team (1-3 people) to ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
Engaging with clients on-site and handling any queries professionally.
Completing and updating electronic job sheets with accurate notes and action points.
What You'll Need:
A background and current experience in garden maintenance or horticulture roles.
Strong working knowledge of plants, pruning techniques, seasonal tasks, and general garden care.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Right to work in the UK.
A full UK driving licence is highly desirable, especially with van driving experience, though not essential.
