Responsibilities As an Assistant Project Manager, you will: Assist in coordinating Noise & Vibration projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Support the development of project plans, schedules, and progress reports. Collect, organize, and analyze data related to noise and vibration, sharing insights with the team. Collaborate with contractors, team members, and clients to achieve project goals. Contribute ideas and solutions to minimize noise and vibration impacts during project brainstorming sessions.The Assistant Project Manager position comes with a salary ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, which will reflect your qualifications and experience. Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Have a basic understanding of or interest in Noise & Vibration concepts, with a willingness to learn. Be eager to learn project management tools (experience with MS Project is a plus but not required). Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Exhibit a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving. In this role, your daily activities will include: Attending project meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. Organizing project files, tracking progress against milestones, and managing schedules. Gathering and reviewing noise and vibration data, interpreting findings with increasing independence. Assisting in the preparation of project reports and documentation. Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure project resources are in place.
