Role: Salesforce Solution Architect – Field Service Type: FTC – 2 Years Industry: Utilities Overview: Our client is embarking on a major transformation to replace Click with Salesforce Field Service. The Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the new Field Service solution within the utilities landscape, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead solution design for Salesforce Field Service, replacing Click. Define architecture, integration, and data models aligned with utilities business processes. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Field Service modules. Provide technical governance, ensuring best practices and compliance with architectural standards. Support testing, change management, and user adoption initiatives. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with Field Service implementation expertise. Strong understanding of the utilities domain and workforce management processes. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms (ERP, GIS, Asset Management). Salesforce certifications preferred (Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
