About the Project Director role
As project Director you will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project taking responsibility for delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include:
Full accountability for project strategy, programme and commercial outcome.
Leading the site teams and commercial teams.
Senior-level client and stakeholder management
Driving quality, safety standards, and compliance
Overseeing procurement of specialist heritage trades
Managing risk, sequencing and programme on a constrained City Site
The Ideal Project Director
Extensive experience delivering heritage listed or landmark projects with a main contractor
Strong understanding of conservation-led construction and traditional materials
Proven leadership at Project Director level
Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in constrained urban environments
Charted status desired
