We’re looking for an experienced Student Records Manager to lead our Student Records team at Askham Bryan College. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate, compliant student records from enrolment to completion and ensuring they are ready for funding, audit, and reporting.
What you’ll do
* Lead the day‑to‑day work of the Student Records team
* Oversee enrolment and exams to ensure a great learner experience
* Maintain the annual Course File and timetables
* Manage statutory funding returns (ILR, HESES)
* Support audits and ensure data compliance (DfE, OfS, devolved authorities)
* Produce reports to support planning and performance
* Champion GDPR and data protection across the service
About you
You’ll have experience working with FE or HE data, strong knowledge of funding rules, and confidence leading a busy team. You’ll bring excellent organisation, great communication and a passion for using data to make things better.
