Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead and execute brand marketing activity for Kiltane, working closely with cross-functional teams including creative, commercial and ecommerce. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, please specify the days you are looking for in your application.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand
* Continue to develop the brand's identity and messaging in partnership with senior leadership. Define brand content pillars and maintain clear messaging across all activity
* Build and refine customer segments, using customer insight to influence content themes, storytelling, and campaign planning
Campaigns
* Own the brand marketing calendar; planning and executing campaigns across key collection launches, brand moments, stores and gifting opportunities.
* Project-manage internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns across channels
Social & Content
* Oversee day-to-day organic social activity across Instagram and TikTok, with freelance content support
* Manage the social content calendar, aligning with product launches, campaigns, and trading priorities
* Track social performance using platform insights and tools, using data to test and optimise future content
PR
* Work with PR agency, coordinating activities where required
* Project-manage brand and store events, working collaboratively with internal and external teams
Retail Marketing
* Manage external agency partnerships to drive brand awareness in key markets, and drive footfall in-store
* Coordinate the rollout of in-store campaigns and updates in line with the brand calendar and to support store services. Develop store marketing toolkits.
Reporting & Budget
* Track and report on brand KPIs
* Manage relevant parts of the marketing budget
Experience required:
* This role is suited to a Marketing Manager who enjoys working in a small team where they can combine strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
* Proven track record of planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and on budget
* Strong understanding of social-first content and influencer and partnership marketing
* A background in premium fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred
