* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
* Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development and customer service to deliver exceptional client experiences.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and reports to stakeholders at all levels.
* Represent Bizerba at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system.
Proven track record in business development or sales within the technology, retail or food industries, preferably with experience in weighing, slicing or related equipment.
* Strong understanding of the Scottish and Irish markets and their commercial landscapes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
