Humly is recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across primary and specialist school settings in Preston.
These roles focus on helping pupils access education in a structured, supportive and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
* Assisting with emotional regulation and engagement with learning
* Following guidance from SENCOs and teaching staff
* Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
What You’ll Bring
* Experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs
* A calm, patient and resilient approach
* Confidence adapting support strategies to individual needs
* Strong communication skills
* SEN or care-based experience is beneficial
Pay Structure
* From £14.85 per hour
