JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prescribing Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to fill our prescribing nurse practitioner vacancy in Lancaster. As a PNP, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care by independently assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing medications, and managing their care plans. You will work with a team of other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse prescriber
* Excellent knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics
* Strong clinical skills and assessment abilities

Experience of a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse prescriber in a hospital or primary care setting
* Experience in managing patients with a variety of medical conditions
