Position Overview: HR Generalist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in
systems administration and onboarding. This role offers the opportunity to work in a truly global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations across EMEA & APAC, with flexibility to provide remote support to additional global regions as needed.
This position is based in our Banbridge HQ.
What You’ll Do
Systems Administration & HRIS Management
Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Administer user access, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with IT and vendors as needed.
Generate regular reports and dashboards on HR metrics for leadership.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes including system setup, and compliance checks.
Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and stored appropriately.
Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews and system deactivation.
HR Operations
Support the hiring process including background checks, reference checks, and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment law through regular audits and policy reviews.
Maintain personnel files and ensure all HR documentation is current and securely stored.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Support positive employee relations and assist in resolving employee concerns.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent practices across regions.
General Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Stay informed on legislative changes and implement updates as needed.
Undertake training and development as required.
Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Degree or CIPD accreditation preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ general HR experience, with a strong emphasis on systems administration and onboarding.
Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of UK and Irish employment law.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
