Principal EICA / Electrical Engineer
Location: Brighton, BN1 / Hybrid (occasional site visits across the Southeast)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + bonus, excellent benefits, flexible working

We’re looking for a Principal EICA Engineer to join our growing team and play a leading role in designing and delivering innovative, sustainable water and wastewater solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading on the design of sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
* Providing expert technical guidance and oversight on design calculations, specs and standards.
* Challenging the status quo, driving innovation and embedding best practice across projects.
* Collaborating with suppliers and partners to improve efficiency and raise technical standards.
* Researching and implementing cutting-edge digital design concepts.
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
* Delivering projects on budget and beyond expectations.
What we’re looking for:
* MSc/MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
* Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IET or similar).
* 10+ years’ experience in a relevant industry.
* A strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving and innovation skills.
* Full driving licence (site visits required).
