Nursery Practitioner
Randstad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client's team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of all children. You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, observe, assess, and record children's progress, and build strong relationships with parents and carers. You will collaborate effectively with the nursery team and uphold the nursery's policies and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Provide high-quality care, ensuring the well-being of all children.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, maintaining accurate development records.
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with the nursery team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Contribute to planning meetings and uphold the nursery's policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Maintain excellent hygiene standards and ensure resources are well-maintained.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development
* Team player with strong organisational skills
* Patient, caring, and positive attitude
* Experience working in a nursery setting is highly desirable (1+ years preferred)
