SS&C Technologies seeks a Head of Finance to lead the finance team within the outsourced finance functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with SLAs & KPIs, meeting all regulatory requirements, managing internal and external audits, and overseeing regulatory reporting. Additionally, the role includes managing offshore processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure quarterly reporting to clients aligns with requirements.
2. Produce accurate statutory accounts.
3. Coordinate with actuarial and tax teams as necessary.
4. Maintain appropriate controls and reconciliations, proactively reviewing and improving processes, understanding dependencies within the Finance team.
SII reporting
1. Lead the production of quarterly and annual SII returns (QRTs, SFCR, RSR).
Finance Operations
1. Oversee daily management of the finance operations team.
2. Ensure adequate resourcing.
3. Collaborate with other operational teams.
4. Support finance-related implementation of programs.
5. Act as SME on onboarding projects where applicable.
Business Partnering
1. Serve as primary business partner for budget cycles, business planning, and forecasting.
2. Support financial reporting integration with clients.
3. Build relationships with key client personnel.
BAU Activities
1. Manage daily operational activities.
2. Coordinate project migrations within BAU.
3. Promote effective organization and team success.
4. Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.
5. Manage offshore processes with Team India.
Staff Management and Development
1. Conduct staff PDRs, training, and development.
2. Ensure staff are trained and competent.
3. Align managers' objectives with corporate goals and develop action plans.
4. Identify L&D needs, facilitate training, and evaluate its impact.
