Exciting opportunities have arisen for Design Integrators and Systems Engineers to join the Design Engineering function, based at Rolls-Royce in Derby or Bristol.
This role is part of a high profile, fast paced, and ambitious engineering challenge. It requires innovative thinking, creative problem solving, clarity of purpose, and leadership.
As a Design Integrator or System Engineer, you will extract, understand, and define technical requirements, working alongside stakeholders to develop solutions. You will have knowledge in problem resolution, designing and integrating physical & functional systems, performing technical analysis, and defining verification strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

Hybrid working allows balancing time between office, home, or remote locations, with an expected attendance of about three days per week for collaboration.
Responsibilities include leading Systems Engineering across the entire lifecycle, facilitating requirements elicitation, understanding problems using Systems Engineering principles, developing verification strategies, and supporting validation and production.
Ideal candidates will have a Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering, relevant experience, knowledge of design methodologies, and cross-disciplinary engineering concepts. Membership of a relevant professional body and experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) are preferred.
Security clearance (SC) may be required, and UK nationality is necessary for some roles.
