Real Estate Solicitor (Associate) – Bristol City Centre
An opportunity for an associate-level commercial Real Estate Solicitor has become available to join this top-tier real estate team renowned for handling high-profile real estate transactions at an international law firm in Bristol.
This role focuses on investment, development, asset management, where you will work with some of the country's largest investors and handle multi-million-pound transactions, gaining exposure to complex real estate matters.
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a broad portfolio of high-quality transactions, from advising on complex developments to facilitating the sale of individual properties across sectors such as renewables, investment and asset management
* Gain experience in both traditional and emerging asset classes, providing both advisory and transactional support for major investments
About You:
* Qualified solicitor from 2 PQE, ideally from either a top or mid-tier real estate department
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for the commercial property industry and an understanding of its complexities
* Work well both independently and within a team environment
