CFC is looking for a dynamic data leader to head our Data Insights function and drive the next evolution of MI and BI across the business.
In this role, you’ll lead high‑performing teams delivering clear, accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, carriers and brokers. You’ll shape our BI strategy, govern our data estate, and champion a data‑driven culture across CFC.

In this role, you’ll lead high‑performing teams delivering clear, accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, carriers, regulators and brokers. Working closely with our Performance Management, Data Science, IT and Operations teams, you’ll shape our BI strategy, oversee how data is managed and used across the business, and champion a data‑driven culture across CFC.

* Extensive MI/BI leadership experience in insurance (Lloyd’s/London Market ideal)
* Confidence communicating complex insights to senior stakeholders
* Strong BI governance and self‑service reporting expertise
* Detail‑driven approach and passion for data quality
