Job Description
The Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant to support a prominent figure in London property development. This is a true 1:1 role, covering both professional and personal responsibilities (approximately 60% business / 40% personal). The successful candidate will manage a complex diary and inbox, act as gatekeeper, and liaise confidently with a wide range of contacts, from office staff and household suppliers to senior politicians, architects, and other high-profile individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full PA support across professional and personal life
* Managing a demanding and dynamic diary and correspondence
* Acting as first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinating meetings with senior figures across government, business, and the arts
* Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
* Supporting with personal arrangements as required
The Candidate:
* Must have exceptional intellect and energy
* Discreet, reliable, and professional
* Experience working at chairman/founder or senior-level support
* Background in property, finance, or professional services preferred
* Interest in architecture, design, arts, or culture is highly desirable
* Broad interests outside work and be intellectually curious and engaging
* Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
