What you'll do
* Take personal responsibility for a high-value Client Portfolio, ensuring all business KPIs are effectively managed and achieved
* Oversee the administration of client entities within the portfolio, focusing on quality of service and profitability
* Manage the team's commercial objectives, including revenue targets, billable utilisation rates, and cash collections
* Provide technical support to team members and oversee complex client transactions
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management processes.
Qualifications
* ICSA or ACCA qualified, or relevant professional qualification
* Previous relevant industry experience in Fund Services
* Excellent understanding of relevant laws, duties, and best practices in Fund Administration
* Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of related jurisdictions' laws and taxation impacts on Fund structures.
