Overview
Join to apply for the New Homes Sales Advisor role at Dandara. Dandara has been creating award-winning homes for over 30 years and works with local communities to ensure homes enhance their surroundings. You will be working on sites across the Southern region.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Deliver against KPIs, including visitor-to-reservation conversion rates.
* Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser.
* Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients.
* Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers.
* Guide purchasers through the full customer journey, from first enquiry to post-completion handover.
* Provide regular progress updates and exceptional aftercare, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Support marketing initiatives, launches, and promotional events.
* Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients.
* Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development.
* Work closely with site management, build teams, and head office functions to deliver seamless customer service.
* Provide market intelligence to the Sales Manager, including competitor analysis and local trends.
Working Pattern
This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 day break, so you must be flexible.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, organisational, and self-motivation skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent rapport-building and negotiating skills.
* Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business.
* Full UK Driving License.
* You must be able to work weekends.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in new homes.
* Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
* A proactive, consultative sales approach with strong closing ability.
* Strong IT literacy, including CRM systems.
