Team Assistant Private Equity & Investment Banking We’re working with a highly regarded boutique executive search firm with a strong presence across the US and Europe. Specialising in private equity and investment banking, the firm is known for its impressive client base and collaborative, high-performing culture. They are seeking a confident and polished Team Assistant to join their tight-knit team. This role would suit a switched-on, sparky first or second jobber - ideally someone who has completed a business support/secretarial - who is now looking to take the next step in a professional, fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, personable approach will be key to success in this busy and varied position. We’re looking for a Team Assistant with good energy - curious, inquisitive, and hardworking - who will truly take ownership of the role. You’ll work closely alongside an experienced EA who will provide guidance and training, making this a fantastic development opportunity. Team Assistant Duties: Assist in the production and formatting of professional, client-facing documents Provide general support to the research team and wider business as needed Keep internal records and project documentation up to date and well-organised Monitor industry news and developments relevant to the firm’s client base Prepare materials for the CEO and ensure she is briefed for daily meetings Oversee day-to-day office management and coordinate basic facilities tasks Provide ad hoc administrative and team support to ensure smooth operations This is a great opportunity to join a high-quality executive search firm and contribute to a business that values professionalism, precision, and team spirit.
