Production Line Leader
Location: Desborough (NN14)
Pay: £13.71/hr | Overtime: £20.56/hr
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (rotating weekly)
Barker Ross is looking for a motivated Production Line Leader to join our Desborough team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of packers on the production line
* Ensure packing operations are accurate, efficient, and meet quality standards
* Monitor production performance and address issues promptly
* Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow
* Train and support new team members
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
