This role will be aligned to one of the businesses key contracts within the Public Sector.
Description
Reporting in to the Head of HR and managing one HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the effective running of a number of sites across Derbyshire as well as some sites in London and Cornwall.
You will act as the escalation point for more complex ER cases in this high volume of caseowork style environment
Collaborate with senior leaders to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to align with future business needs.
Deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all HR-related matters.Profile
You will be a proven HR BP operating in a high volume ER casework environment
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Keep abreast of all the upcoming UK legislative changes
Able to analyse data and provide insights
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum.
2 days annual leave
Flexi-time scheme
37.5 hours per week, working hours 9-4pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Hybrid position with travel required across Derbyshire, parts of London and ad hoc travel to sites in Cornwall.
