Clark Wood are currently working with a fast‑growing, award‑winning North West practice who are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Liverpool.

With continued growth across their tax offering, they are now seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious practice.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Tax Partners and Directors, managing the corporate tax compliance function and overseeing the delivery of a world‑class service to a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Review corporation tax computations and manage tax accounting matters.
* Ensure clients are kept fully updated on all relevant tax issues, queries, and technical developments.
* Supervise and develop junior members of the corporate tax team, supporting them with their studies, holding regular performance catch‑ups, and helping to build capability within the department.
* Identify advisory opportunities arising from the compliance process and collaborate with the advisory and personal tax teams to ensure clients receive a truly holistic service.
* Work closely with other departments across the firm to deliver a joined‑up financial advisory service and maintain high professional standards throughout.
Qualifications
* CTA and/or ACA qualified (not essential) but highly regarded.
* Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and team management within an accountancy practice environment.
* Excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead and develop others.
