Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality viability, valuation and development reports for a wide range of clients.
* Running development appraisals using Argus Developer and related software.
* Contributing to client meetings, offering insights and building long-term relationships.
* Supporting and learning from partners, while growing into a client-facing leadership role.
Essential Requirements:
* RICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
* Development valuation experience.
* Proficient in Argus Developer; keen to learn tools like Kel Investor.
* Exposure to mixed-use or residential development projects in London/Southeast.
