Typical Responsibilities
* Define and execute AI and data strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead the adoption and scaling of AI solutions across the organisation
* Build and manage high-performing teams across AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering
* Identify opportunities to create business value through AI and advanced analytics
* Partner with executive stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps and transformation initiatives
* Establish governance frameworks for responsible and secure AI deployment
* Oversee the development, deployment, and optimisation of AI and data products
* Represent AI and data initiatives at executive and board level where appropriate
* Stay current with emerging technologies, market developments, and AI best practices

* Experience leading AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset
* Track record of delivering measurable business impact through AI and data
* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
* Passionate about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced and innovative environments
* Interested in helping shape the future of AI across industry, government, research, or society
