This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Fulcrum Education. We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to support our specialist setting for students aged 11–16 with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as front of house and welcoming visitors to the school
* Managing phone calls, emails and general enquiries
* Maintaining accurate student records, attendance data and reports
* Supporting safeguarding, health & safety and compliance procedures
* Providing general administrative support across the school
* Assisting with trips, calendar management and school events
* Supporting financial processes including handling cash, invoices and records
* Producing reports, minutes and documentation as required
* Supporting communication with parents, home schools and external agencies
* Assisting with admissions and wider school processes
Additional Opportunities
* Support students within the classroom where required
* Take on additional responsibilities such as Exams Officer or Health & Safety Lead with training provided
Requirements
* Has experience in an administrative role
* Has strong organisational and time management skills
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and working with data
* Has excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Can work both independently and as part of a team
* Has a positive, calm and caring approach
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
* Has experience in a school or SEND setting (desirable)

Contract Details
* Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30-3:30) (term time only)
* Salary: SCP 8 (£26,823 pro rata) + SEND allowance (£2,787)
