What You'll Be Doing
1. You'll carry out planned maintenance and respond to urgent repairs across buildings in your region.
2. You'll make sure systems like heating, cooling, and water are working safely and efficiently.
3. You'll respond to alarms and fix issues quickly to keep everything running smoothly.
4. You'll manage permits to work and follow safety procedures.
5. You'll supervise contractors and work closely with clients and colleagues.
6. You'll keep clear records and follow best practices to ensure safe working.
What We're Looking For
7. Someone with a recognised qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
8. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
9. Experience with building systems and maintenance routines.
10. Confidence working alone and making decisions under pressure.
11. Physically fit and comfortable working at height or carrying equipment.
Do you have experience with Building Management Systems or electrical testing?
That's a bonus—but not essential.
