About the role
We are looking for Bartenders (Must be over 18) to work in our stunning cocktail bars at Tattershall Lakes. Cocktail experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.
Bar 49 is our open-air lake side cocktail and small plates venue, with arguably one of the best views in Lincolnshire. Soak up the sun and fun whilst working serving our guests and owners delicious cocktails and food.
Giggling Goose is our over 18s adult only Gin and cocktail bar, boasting over 100 variations of gin and other premium spirits. The home of our company winning bartender of the year for 2023. This venue takes the kids out of the holidays and gives adults somewhere to relax in style.
What you will be doing
We need someone who understands that food and drink are central to an amazing guest experience. Someone who can look after our guests’ every whim when they eat, drink, and relax.
1. Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
2. Pulling pints and pouring drinks
3. Shaking, building, and stirring our delicious cocktails
4. Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
5. Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.
Skills, experience, and qualities you will need.
We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you:
6. Have customer service experience and skills.
7. Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
8. Be someone who does things without needing to be asked.
9. Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are.
10. Have experience of working in a team.
11. MUST be over the age of 18 due to licensing laws.

12. Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub (on the busy nights!)
13. A basic knowledge of Cocktails & Gin
14. Experience of working in the holiday sector.
