We are delighted to partner with a simply fantastic Toys business who have performed exceptionally over the last 5 years. Revenue growth has increased 31% globally in the last 12 months through a world renowned success story of a brand launch, acquisition of a globally renowned licences.
This is a superb NAE role for the business and will require someone who can manage and develop relationships with some of their longest serving customers with a real eclectic mix of styles. Most importantly of all, this is a business loved by all consumers and loved by its people. It’s a concerted group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues who work hard but have fun and adore what they stand for.
About the role
We require a National Account Executive with consumer product or toy experience, who operates with the upmost care for your customers and delivers on commercial and business objectives consistently. This role reports to the Senior National Account Manager for channel & has full responsibility for a set bunch of awesome customers.
As part of this top notch team, you will be required to, develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders within Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and HR. Build the customer base and manage the current portfolio to continue the fantastic revenue growth results they have been achieving.
Transformation and change management is a vital part of the business plan moving forward so setting being open to change and embracing it, is the example we expect from all joining the team.
About you
This is a rare and exciting position for an exceptional, ambitious National Account Executive, Junior National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Buyer to take on this role. If you are an ambitious achiever who loves marketing led businesses, you will fit right in, especially since this business requires someone who is passionate about people and brands. We’re looking for a someone with proven experience managing customers, toys would be a preference but wider branded consumer product experience will work!
Other attributes required for this role include;
