Does AAB sound like a good fit for you? We currently have an opening for a SHSU Call Handler (out of hours, on call position) to join our growing Whistleblowing Service team. Your hours on call will be a minimum of hours (Monday to Monday) every 4 weeks. During this time, you must be available to take calls and deal with any online reports that are received.
THE ROLE
Call Handler - out of hours, on call opportunity (evenings and weekends)
AAB provide a whistleblowing service that we run for our clients. Employees of the firms we act for are able to report any concerns of potential or actual wrongdoing, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by phone. Web report or via e-mail, in the strictest of confidence
We are seeking a call handler to join our Whistleblowing Service team.
The team's role is to provide a global external and independent whistleblowing service to our clients. In this role you will play a key part in responding to our client's employee concerns of potential or actual wrongdoing and ensure that such concerns are effectively recorded, managed and monitored.
If you are a self-motivated, inquisitive and empathetic individual with good listening skills, this role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to utilise your existing skill set.
Purpose of the role/key responsibilities:
1. Taking whistleblowing concerns from employees via various reporting channels in timely manner
2. Writing highly accurate and concise reports
3. Updating Case Management systems
4. Where appropriate, maintaining contact with and providing feedback to individual whistleblowers and our clients
5. Maintaining highly accurate records
6. Assisting in the preparation and gathering of information/evidence
7. Developing effective relationships with colleagues and clients
