Private Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Private Dentist to join our busy, independent, well-established family practice in Wadebridge.
Our practice is situated in brand new, purpose-built, riverside premises with four modern surgeries, offering a calm and inspiring working environment.

Clinical Support & Services
* Four busy, hardworking hygienists/therapists
* Experienced and supportive dental nursing team
* Orthodontic provision (clear aligners and fixed labial appliances)
* On-site Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon placing implants, with opportunity for the associate to restore

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have 3+ years' experience in private dentistry
* Deliver high-quality dentistry with excellent attention to detail
* Be confident in all aspects of general dentistry
* Be motivated to further develop their clinical skills (full support provided)
* Be hardworking and reliable
* Be a strong team player
* Have an excellent chairside manner
* Be kind, caring, and personable
Days are negotiable (1–2 days per week). No weekends required.
