The Role We are seeking an experienced and welcoming Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact at our Ballymena Head Office. This part-time role is envisaged at 24 hours per week, but we are open to flexibility for the right candidate. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and office support. Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional, friendly manner. Answering and directing calls to appropriate colleagues. Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organised, and presentable. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements. Supporting travel bookings and accommodation arrangements. Providing administrative support including: Ordering uniforms, stationery, and supplies. Preparing reports, printing, binding, and laminating. Organising meetings and room bookings. Assisting with general office upkeep and maintenance coordination.
