We are now looking for a dedicated Trainee Senior Care Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant with an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will receive full support and training to develop your leadership skills and progress into a Senior Care Assistant role. What We Offer 13.60 per hour Full-time or part-time contracts available Day or night shifts Paid PVG, Pension scheme, Free uniform 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Career development and training opportunities to achieve SVQ Level 3 Your Role As a Trainee Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example, supporting both residents and your team to deliver person-centred care of the highest standard. You will assist with daily routines, medication administration, documentation and communication with families and healthcare professionals. You will take pride in creating a positive atmosphere within the home and ensuring residents feel safe, respected and well cared for at all times.
