We are looking for a reliable part time Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is looking for work on Fridays and Saturdays, with a passion for customer service and a strong administrative background. full time equivalent salary, two days a week. Key Responsibilities: Handling enquiries from potential tenants and landlords Managing property listings and updating databases Assisting with tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork Organising and coordinating property viewings Providing administrative support to the lettings team Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Assisting with the smooth running of the office and office systems Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the lettings or property industry Strong communication and organisational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (training can be provided) A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
