About the role
Senior Service Architect, Lifecycle Services is a subject matter expert in lifecycle and supporting services, enabling technologies, and tooling (device lifecycle management/DaaS, device configuration, disposal services, break/fix, field and dispatch, iMac) within an ITIL framework. The Senior Service Architect applies their experience and knowledge to create lifecycle service solutions, assessing customer requirements, developing service designs, and calculating costs.
Salary range: $110K - $160K USD
What you'll be doing
* Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop solutions and designs (technical, operational, commercial).
* Assess and clarify customer requirements.
* Match customer needs with existing capabilities and services.
* Leverage shared capabilities to maximize opportunities.
* Design custom solutions outside existing capabilities in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Develop cost-effective end-to-end service designs involving vendors and partners.
* Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist in preparing bid responses and presentations.
* Outline requirements for transition and transformation based on service design.
* Ensure delivery using best practices and policies.
* Create costings for services and obtain necessary approvals.
* Coordinate with support organizations for smooth handover.
* Contribute to customer-facing pricing and build stakeholder relationships.
* Travel expected: 10% – 25%.
What you have
* Expertise in lifecycle and supporting services, including DaaS, device configuration, disposal, break/fix, and dispatch.
* Knowledge of cross-functional services like governance and ITIL.
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* Understanding of market dynamics and pricing.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to present effectively to large audiences.
* Analytical, risk-aware, and self-motivated.
* Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness to travel and flexibility.
* Legally eligible to work in the United States.
