The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.
Type of Contract: Permanent, term-time only 39 weeks per year Start Date: as soon as possible. We are looking for a caring and committed person to join our happy team of lunchtime staff. As a member of our lunchtime team, you will contribute to ensuring positive lunchtimes for our pupils and will be responsible for: * Setting up the hall for lunch * Cooking the pre-prepared hot school meals * Preparation of accompaniments to the main meals * Serving meals to pupils, in line with their dietary requirements / allergies * Overseeing pupils eating their lunches * Assisting with cleaning/clearing of Hall after the lunch session The contract is for 18.75 hours per week working Monday – Friday 9:45-1:30 or 4.5 hours per week working Monday – Wednesday 11:45:1.15 during term time. There is a probationary period. You will also be required to work some INSET days. You must be self-motivated, committed and have: * experience of working with children * an ability to maintain a healthy and safe environment * an understanding of food hygiene practices (or a willingness to undertake training) In addition, you will be expected to support our Church School ethos. Keeping Children Safe in Education
Our school will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates.
