You will work across multiple sectors, building trusted relationships with owner‑managed businesses and collaborating across the wider Dains firm. Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of clients and build trusting, respectful relationships.
* Carry out planning, execution, and finalisation of audit assignments.
* Assist with the development of systems and procedures.
* Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy at all times.
* Lead team, provide line management and support career development.
* Guide and mentor junior team members.
* Motivate and support team members to achieve their goals.
* Review audit files to ensure completion aligns with best auditing practice.
* Provide advice to clients where action and improvements are required, in a constructive and professional manner.
* Work closely with directors and partners of the audit team in a collaborative and supportive manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* ACA/ACCA professional qualification.
* Experience building strong client relationship management.
* Confidence and tenacity to develop team members.
* Good time‑management skills and ability to deliver quality results.
* Willingness and conscientiousness to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
