The Role
As a Performing Arts Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons and interventions
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to support engagement and confidence
* Use creativity and communication skills to build positive relationships
* Help students stay motivated and engaged in lessons
* Support classroom behaviour and wider enrichment activities
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff throughout the school day
